Day 1

Today I attempted to begin my training for the half marathon.  Unfortunately someone forgot to tell my body that training begins today.  After taking a couple of walks with my dogs, I decided to lie down momentarily and woke up 4 hours later.  I did however, begin an acai berry easy cleanse to get all of the crap out of my system.  Not sure how this will go, but I am hoping to feel a little less bloated and to hopefully ease my sugar cravings.

Tomorrow after work I will visit the healthclub for the first time in 2 years.  I need to begin strength training to help me build my endurance.

Going to bed early so that I get a full night's rest in anticipation of tomorrow.
I can do this.
